Since joining our project management team in 2021, Bernard has played a pivotal role in key projects such as Logan North and our own headquarters at 1 Kimberly. In September 2023, he made a seamless transition to the Pre-Construction team, where he has been essential in driving the complex budgetary and planning phases of our developments. Bernard’s commitment to growth doesn't stop at work—earlier this year, he earned his 𝙈𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙎𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙡 𝙀𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 from Fordham University, further strengthening his expertise. In his new role, Bernard will lead feasibility analysis, concept design, estimating, and secure governmental approvals for our in-house development projects, as well as spearhead third-party Design Build project pursuits. The spec office construction is well underway and on track for completion next month.
