The Mayor of Rialto even led a special ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark this special occasion. 📦 Project Highlight - Public Storage | Compton, CA 📦 Our team recently completed a 3-story self-storage facility for Public Storage in Compton, CA. Spanning 131,000 square feet, the new facility offers over 1,600 units in various sizes. The scope included the construction of a rental office, restrooms, and various on-site improvements such as parking, walkways, landscaping, as well as the demolition of existing buildings. We are excited to continue strengthening our partnership with Public Storage as we make progress on upcoming projects in Van Nuys and Sacramento. Last Friday, we had an incredible time celebrating Movember! During our company-wide Virtual Happy Hour, we discussed our involvement during Movember, shared what we’ve been up to, and created an open space for team members to share knowledge, stories, and more. As we close out this amazing month, we want to thank our team members who took the time to grow out their beards and mustaches (pictured), walked to honor the men in their lives, and donated to this cause via our MoSpace. The construction industry is no stranger to the hardships men face every day, and we will continue to create a space where the men in our company and lives feel heard and supported. A special thank you to our MoSistas for being such an active part of Movember. But the effort doesn’t stop here - there’s still work to be done every day. BURLINGTON | LA PUENTE, CA Gray West recently completed another major tenant improvement project for our valued customer, Burlington! 🎉 This 21,200 s.f. project was delivered on an accelerated schedule, and featured major upgrades. The scope included new framing, drywall, and polished concrete floors, along with upgraded plumbing, lighting, and mechanical systems to enhance the sales and storage are, offices, and restrooms. The façade also received a fresh look with Nichiha wall panels, and the restrooms were upgraded with elegant ceramic tile. #Burlington #TenantImprovement #GrayWestConstruction

SEPHORA | GLENDALE, CA Sephora at the iconic Americana at Brand in Glendale, CA is holiday-ready!🎁 Our incredible team just wrapped up major tenant improvements for this valued client. This 5,737 sq. ft. project included everything from demolition of existing partitions to new finishes, fixtures, and MEP upgrades.
