Our boots-on-the-ground crews are ready to deliver the speed and precision our clients need to tackle any task. Big things are coming in 2025, and these two teams are coming in hot!

Annual Turkey Tourney! What an amazing day on the greens with our incredible team and partners! Our Turkey Tourney was a blast, and it wouldn’t have been the same without our fantastic sponsors. A huge thank you to our 11 Vendors and Client partners who made this possible. Some even joined us on the greens for a fun-filled day. 2024 Bi-Annual Foremen's Meeting! What an incredible two days in Atlanta with 140 foremen from 27 states and 70 cities across the country! We came together to sharpen our skills, review the exciting plans for the upcoming year, and strengthen the partnerships that make us stronger as a team. The energy, knowledge, and commitment in the rooms were absolutely inspiring. From hands-on training sessions to in-depth discussions about future projects, we are more ready than ever to tackle what 2025 has in store! A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this event a success! We are excited to take these learnings and connections to new heights. 1 Team!

Employee Owner of the Month: Jennifer Delmar! She truly embodies the spirit of teamwork and dedication. She stepped up when the marketing team needed support, taking over our social media and ensuring our swag for both daily company needs and client events reflect the Graydaze experience. But that’s not all—She organized the Graydaze 10+ Partnership trip, dedicating countless hours to planning, coordinating, and even driving to and from Helen, GA, to make sure everyone had the best time! And she did all of this while maintaining her day-to-day responsibilities for our amazing teams on the field. What really sets Jennifer apart is her constant positivity—she’s always smiling, always willing to roll up her sleeves, and always ready to help her colleagues in any way she can.
