    Ever faced this? Your Google Ads leads aren’t potential clients but job seekers. How do you solve it? I attended an InvisiblePPC webinar. They suggest switching to Meta Ads. For me, that’s not a solution. My Top-Rated Team colleagues and I know another way. We use smart bidding and broad match. It used to be a big no. Now, it’s different. It offers unique benefits compared to exact or phrase match. Google should have explained the changes in phrase and broad match separately. Keyword match types are crucial in Google Ads. A gradual change would have been better, not all at once. First should've been change to phrase match type. Here’s a valuable document.
