Our Austin Highland gym is no exception — we've completely transformed our Performance Area, which now includes: - 12 performance half racks with adjustable benches, bumper plates, kettlebells, and dumbbells - 2 HIIT bikes for intense cardio - 2 Woodway Curve treadmills for high-calorie burn - 2 CLMBRs for full-body, low-impact cardio - Slam balls, plyo boxes, and 10 performance cable stacks for functional conditioning We've also upgraded our Main Floor with: - 100 pairs of dumbbells (up to 200 lbs), 5 multi-adjustable benches, and 9 Matrix breaker Olympic benches for improved stability - New gym80 US equipment, featuring 2 power racks, 2 functional hubs, 6 plate-loaded machines for lower-body strength, and a new selectorized lower-body machine.
