Goddess in the Boardroom is a one-of a kind leadership program for women executives, front-line leaders, educators and coaches to develop their feminine leadership skills in an environment where they are supporting others in their personal and professional growth. As the world we live in continues to evolve, so too must the ways in which we lead. We are at a point in time where we are seeing structures crumble and the world is calling women forward to create balance in leadership.

I’ve just had the most profound two-day experience of my life at Goddess in the Boardroom and I simply cannot keep it to myself. There was learning, sharing, and honesty that went so deep it hit the core. I’ve cried, unlocked, been cracked open, and truly seen in ways I never have before. The feeling of empowerment and absolute gratitude was surreal—release, pure release. There was dance, frolicking, breathing, and yes, even some weirdness—and I LOVED every single moment, so much that I wanted to stay in that magical bubble 🫧. This program is nothing short of remarkable. It’s special because it focuses on the whole person, allowing you to show up as your fullest, most authentic self for the people you lead.
