Another impactful session for our nurse lead students at echem, led by our dedicated Greater New York City - Black Nurses Association facilitators. Last week's session focus on health equity and is critical impact on health outcomes. Students explored some of the most prevalent chronic illnesses and practiced delivering culturally sensitive health education through the use of simulation. Despite the weight of the topic, these students demonstrated a strong understanding of health disparities and the importance of promoting health equity. Johnson & Johnson
