Nurses manage complex cognitive, emotional, and physical demands that intensify as patient volumes rise. Rather than adding more tools to ‘boost efficiency,’ technology should ease cognitive burden, simplifying workflows and supporting nurses in providing safe, effective care. Join our webinar with healthsystemCIO on December 10th at 12pm EST / 9am PST to hear from Katherine Collard, Simmy King DNP, MBA, FAAN, Katherine Virkstis and Anthony Guerra as they discuss strategies and tools for easing nurses' cognitive burden. CAHPS scores are vital for Medicare Advantage (MA) plans, as they reflect members' experiences with their care and directly influence Star Ratings and financial rewards. Plans that excel in delivering positive member experiences not only improve health outcomes but also secure quality bonus payments. However, plans often struggle to engage members with unmet social determinants of health (SDOH) needs, which negatively impacts CAHPS scores. By leveraging a personalized digital engagement platform that addresses chronic condition management, member support, and service satisfaction, MA plans can significantly enhance member experiences and improve CAHPS outcomes. Get Well's platform offers tailored digital outreach to engage historically hard-to-reach members, building trust and breaking down barriers to care. https://lnkd.in/eFauUsYD
