Builder of HubSpot Partner Agencies 🧡 | Exited Founder 👑 | RevOps Guru 🔄 Helping HubSpot partners build better agencies, powered by Supered.

I actively have four tabs open in my browser at any given time that help me do my job every single day 👉 1. My calendar (not email inbox) - I've been trying to be more alert and focused during meetings. I find if my inbox is open I get distracted and lose my train of thought. Keeping my calendar open helps me be impactful with my time allotted for that meeting. 2. ChatGPT - I use this waaaaay more than I ever thought I would. Recently, it's been helping me organize my thoughts in a structured way which helps me standardize the way I communicate with people. I have been trying to answer these questions whenever I bring a suggested solution to any conversation and ChatGPT helps me format my brain dump: What has been attempted? Why is this important? What is the recommended solution? Things to consider for the solution? How will this have impact? How will this be measured? Logic and Context 3. LinkedIn - I typically leave LinkedIn open and visible either on a post that I have made recently, or on the page of the person or company that I am speaking to. This shows due diligence during the process or establishes credibility on subject matter. 4. HubSpot - This is where I can track my interactions with contacts or companies in the CRM, update deals, gather historical context, and more to properly prepare for my meetings. BONUS: Supered - Since I don't have to access Supered in a new tab this is a bonus because it populates as a chrome extension (handy AF). This is where I take my notes, access my documentation, and follow the actions that I need to take as part of that meeting. This helps keep me organized

Step-by-Step ABM Programs l CEO of Scrappy ABM l Keynote Speaker l Married a TCK l 1X Girl Dad l Wanna-Be Grill Master l Christian

Recorded a podcast episode with Brianna Doe today on the intersection of ABM and Influencer Marketing, and Supered⚡ is a prime example of doing it right (just look at my Christmas sweater). Supered⚡ sent out this absolutely hilarious and ridiculous ugly Christmas sweater. They didn't go after massive creators. They went after creators aligned with their target audience. And they enabled the creators with something that wasn't just an ask to make a post. But they made it fun, on-brand for them, and created the space to be on brand of their creators. I mean, they custom-made and sent these sweaters to people. That has some clear hard $$$$ associated. Overall, when we think about influencer marketing and ABM, the goal should be to raise awareness among your target accounts. Supered is an enablement tool for revenue teams using HubSpot. Scrappy ABM is a services business that builds ABM programs to enable revenue teams. Audiences are aligned. And it's on brand for everyone. I bet there are people reading this post who have never heard of Supered⚡ And now you do. So, if you're considering B2B influencer marketing in 2025, first, go check out this episode with Brianna Doe and me for a breakdown of how. Second, follow Supered⚡ as an example.

Making HubSpot even Easier to Use 🤯🤯| Helping HubSpot Solutions Partners Scale 🚀🚀 | Turning HubSpot CRM Users into Superheros 🦸♀️🦸♂️

OH HEY YOU. LISTEN UP. You’re not late. You’re not some expired carton of oat milk in the back of life’s fridge. You’re not behind. Behind what? The line at the DMV? Relax. You’re not broken. You're a limited-edition, slightly chaotic masterpiece. Like a Picasso, but sexier. You’re not your job title. CEO, Assistant Manager, Chief Snack Procurement Officer—it’s all just jazz hands on LinkedIn. You’re not your bank account. Money’s fake anyway. Like birds. Or diets on TikTok. You’re not the sum of your failures. Failures are just spicy little life lessons. You’re basically collecting Pokémon badges of wisdom. You’re not the likes on your last post. It’s not a popularity contest, Karen. This isn’t middle school. You’re not the promises you couldn’t keep. You’re a human, not a vending machine of perfection. You’re not defined by the outcomes you deliver. Chill. You’re not DoorDash. You’re not the mistakes you made when you didn’t know better. Welcome to Everybody Screws Up-ville. Population: Literally All of Us. You’re not here to outrun yesterday by crushing it harder tomorrow. This ain’t CrossFit. Simmer down. You’re not the voice in your head telling you it’s too late. That voice? It’s fired. No severance. And you’re DEFINITELY not someone who’s about to let the New Year Industrial Complex tell you how to live your life. You’re not the deal you didn’t close. Deals are like buses—miss one, another shows up. Usually la AND YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT ABOUT TO LET THE “NEW YEAR, NEW ME” CULT DRAFT YOU INTO THEIR PYRAMID SCHEME. You’re RIGHT. ON. TIME. Weird. Wonderful. A whole vibe. So go crush today. Or nap. Both are power moves. Because you’re already enough. Right. Freakin’. Now. stay Supered⚡ and never, EVER stop believing

The Training Grounds are lighting up, and the first SparkSquad Cohort did NOT disappoint. The current Trainees are emerging from the chaos, and some are already standing out. Let’s give them the recognition they deserve! First up: 🌟 Over-Achiever Award of 1224 – Scott Pennwood @ Forbidden Scott took things to the NEXT LEVEL, finishing all the assignments in one sitting. That’s right...one sitting. Who needs sleep when you’re this much of a machine? Who’s going to get the final Training Grounds mission completed fastest, and move on to the Arena to train further against the Forces of Friction? Stay tuned... 😏

🦖 Demo of the Day: Supered⚡ You know that coworker who always skips the training and then says, “Wait, how do I do this again?” Or the one who technically knows the process but still does it wrong? No shame if that's you. Ok, maybe a little shame. But a healthy amount! Supered’s here to fix all that—and make sure everyone knows what they’re doing, every time. 🦖 What it is: Supered is like having a coach inside your software. It trains, guides, and keeps things on track—all while your team is actually using the tools they need to know. It works on any URL (yep, any), but it’s especially if you’re a HubSpot user. 🦖 How it works: Supered pops up inside your software to help people learn by doing. You’ve got two ways to use it: - Internally, to train and guide your own team. - Or, if you’re a consultant or SaaS company, to roll it out across your clients. It’s simple, effective, and way better than sending out a training doc nobody reads. 🦖 Why you need it: ✨ People forget 80% of what they learn in training if they don’t use it right away. Supered keeps it right in front of them. ✅ When processes aren’t followed, deals get messy. Supered makes sure everyone stays on track, in real time. ⚡ HubSpot users, take note: Supered comes with extra features that make life even easier. Want to see how it works? Check out their demo here on Dimmo: https://lnkd.in/e-ACTsmC #DemoOfTheDay #SalesEnablement #Supered
