This year's 2024 GadellNet Consulting Services Level Up Award was presented to Claudia Hand-Brito, Service Desk Engineer. The Level Up award goes to the team member who has shown tremendous growth and hard work over the last year. Claudia's hard work earned her a spot on the Gold Star list in Q3 and we saw her receive a promotion. During her growth at GadellNet she was a consistent presence answering client calls and triaging tickets as a Coordinator and will bring that experience, knowledge, and drive to her new role as a Service Desk Engineer. Her drive and positive attitude are infectious, and she has truly taken things to the next Level. Congratulations Claudia!
