    Fractional HR| Executive Leader| Strategic Advisor| Solopreneur| Talent Partner|Life Leadership Coach

🔆 Exciting (somewhat) New Beginning........ Six years ago I started a small solopreneur journey 💫 with very limited time and attention to make it grow. TLU mindful consulting LLC was born with my love of coaching senior executives, developing talent management programs, leadership development opportunities and growth of mid level leaders. I did this in my spare time while working full time in a growing career. So as you can imagine very limited time was spent on this. Except for a few friends that moved to new organizations and needed support during my time off from work and my pursuit of my MBA. Through some personal and professional growth the shift of this solopreneur opportunity has shifted and a total rebrand of my website and what I offer has changed....... 💹 🪴Growth comes in many forms, individual , professional and through supporting others 🪴 Through this reflection I have decided on three key areas of focus: 1. Fractional HR Leadership to empower your business with Candor & Trust. The document below details how leveraging me as a fractional executive can help you and your business thrive. 2. Life and Leadership Coaching; a holistic mindful approach to deliver a balance that will enhance and empower you to blend work and life. Overcoming corporate burnout and finding balance within. 3. Warrior Webinars to start and retreats to follow; focused on female leadership enablement.

Founder | Organizational Change & Transformation Agent | PE/VC | Fractional Chief People Officer | HR Advisor | Certified Executive Coach | People Influencer | Award Winning HR Leader

📣 Name Drop Announcement & Logo Unveil 📣 Earlier this year, I shared my exciting leap into entrepreneurship with the launch of my own HR advisory firm. Today, I’m thrilled to introduce the name of my firm—22 North HR, LLC—and unveil our logo, a symbol deeply connected to our values: a “pinecone.” The name 22 North HR holds special meaning: “22” represents resilience 💫 , while “north” symbolizes growth 📈 —two qualities essential for both personal and professional advancement. Our pinecone logo captures these ideas beautifully. Pinecones endure challenging environments and strategically open up only when conditions are right, embodying resilience and nurturing the seeds of new beginnings. This powerful image reflects the foundation of protection, patience, and adaptability that true growth requires, making it a fitting emblem for our mission. At 22 North HR, we specialize in Fractional HR Leadership, HR Advisory Services, and Leadership Development. With a strong background in scaling organizations, leading transformative change, and elevating HR teams, 22 North HR offers strategic solutions tailored to your organization’s goals. We work closely with your teams to overcome challenges, foster resilience, and drive growth and transformation. Whether we’ve collaborated before or you’re just discovering 22 North HR, I’d love to reconnect and explore how my firm can help your organization thrive. If you or someone you know is facing growth challenges, especially in talent management, HR operations, or leadership development, I’d greatly appreciate introductions or referrals. Here’s to new beginnings and bold challenges, to resilience, perseverance, and the transformative growth that makes everything possible. Stay tuned for our website launch!

People Ops Leader | Fractional Availability | Little Bit Crunchy

The Earth turned, the sun rose, and we decided to go to work. To our jobs to make money and give it to those who will need it. At the gym to strengthen our bodies so we can carry others. In therapy to stay stable enough so that others can lean on us. In gardens, planting seeds in harsh landscapes with the hope of one day seeing change. People Ops Leaders - we're up, babes. Not just today, but every day over the next few years. Build your policies to protect employees. Set the right standards. Fight for benefits, compensation, and go above the minimum. I don't know what's next, but I find comfort in a Fred Rogers quote: "When I was a boy and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me, 'Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.' ” Keep helping, y'all. ❤️🩹

Fractional Chief People Officer | Executive & Team Coach | Neurodivergent Leader & Advocate | Canine Enthusiast

Sitting with some big feelings today as I watch my communities process recent events. As I process recent events. You know that moment when you're facilitating a tough conversation and the silence feels heavy enough to touch? That's where a lot of us are right now. And as leaders, we have a choice about what to do with that silence. The prevailing question in my mind right now is what does it look like to lead well during deep social division? The fascinating thing about group dynamics during periods of social strain is that some groups and teams grow stronger, become more connected, and perform better during these challenging periods. Studies show that tension, when handled skillfully, can actually strengthen organizational bonds. Here's what the research tells us: 🔹 Groups that successfully navigate conflict show a 20% increase in innovation 🔹 Diverse teams that actively engage in perspective-taking outperform homogeneous teams by 35% 🔹 Psychological safety becomes even MORE crucial during times of social tension But here's the part that really got me: it's not about avoiding the discomfort. It's about creating containers strong enough to hold it. (NB: my neurodivergent brain has now gone down a thought spiral about the metaphysical nature of organizational containers - so expect that Linkedin post soon too). For leaders wondering "okay but what do I actually DO?", here are some practical steps: ♦ Create brave spaces (notice I didn't say "safe" - sometimes growth isn't safe, but it can be brave) ♦ Model vulnerability while maintaining boundaries (yes, you can do both!) ♦ Focus on shared purpose without minimizing differences ♦ Double down on psychological safety practices ♦ Remember that people can disagree on ideas while still caring about each other. Remind yourselves and your teams about this fact. And if you can't do this today, that's okay! I've had to reschedule three client meetings this morning because people needed space to process. Take the time you need. Sometimes the most productive thing we can do is pause and acknowledge that we're human. But when you're ready, know that this is where the rubber meets the road. This is when all that talk about values and culture gets real. We can either let social division fracture our teams, or we can use this moment to build stronger, more resilient organizations. What matters isn't that we all agree. What matters is that we create spaces where people feel seen, heard, and valued - especially when it's hard. Especially when we're uncomfortable. Especially when we'd rather just send another email about objectives. Because here's the truth: The strongest cultures aren't built during easy times. They're forged in moments exactly like this one. What's one thing you're doing to strengthen connections in your organization right now? Share below - we could all use some practical wisdom. #Leadership #OrganizationalCulture #Resilience #BraveryOverPerfection

Reimagining the role of workplace culture in social change. CEO & Founder @ Call for Culture. Curator: Culture Impact Lab.

There is an overwhelming sense of angst leading up to the election, and I'm doing all I can gather, organize, and create spaces for the communities and spheres where I have influence. I'll be joined by Kim Clark on Nov 4th to create safe space for our communities, and you can join here: https://lnkd.in/gAUycqt8. Kim and I hosted Navigating to November over the last few months, so this is where the rubber meets the road. If you're looking to do the same at your organization, in your community, or just at home, I'm attaching a draft of what these forums can look like. Please use freely and add other elements to the shared doc below: https://lnkd.in/gHBtjChj Please credit and reference Call for Culture Angela R. Howard when citing.
