🚨 New Episode - Had a great conversation with Diane Prince last week! For those looking to grow their recruiting agency in 2025 this is worth the listen. Diane has "been there" and "done that" multiple times in her career. I was impressed with her origin story and how it led to 2 successful exits in the staffing space. Wow! Things that stuck out to me: 💪 The power of "figuring it out" - like many entrepreneurs Diane decided to take a risk and figure it out. Something that many are scared to be challenged with, which holds them back from starting out on their own. 🪄 Traditional Tactics blended with modern tools - many of the traditional tactics like reference checks still work, but need to be combined with modern tools and approaches to maximize results. ⚙️ Scaling requires an established process - a lack of systems and processes are what hold back good recruiting agencies from scaling to the next level. 🚨 Episode 25 is out! I was able to spend some time with the great Steve Gipson to talk all things marketing and websites. His organization Recruiters Websites has helped thousands of agencies build effective online presences to engage with clients and candidates. What stuck out to me in the conversation was mostly centered around distractions... We have so many new tools that can seem impactful (obligatory AI mention) But, as Steve mentions in the podcast, sometimes it's all about the fundamentals and focusing on things that actually make an impact.
