I am deeply grateful to the Florida State Minority Supplier Development Council (FSMSDC) for providing me with this incredible opportunity to attend the prestigious Tuck Executive Education Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, one of the Ivy League Universities renowned for its academic excellence and global impact. I am truly honored to have been selected for this scholarship, and I celebrate this achievement alongside my business partner Sandra Ximena DiazHoyos, who was also awarded a scholarship through the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC). We are both thrilled and proud to be part of such an exceptional program designed to empower diverse business leaders. Being at Tuck Business School has been an inspiring journey of growth, learning, and connection. It has reinforced the importance of innovative thinking and collaboration in shaping the future of businesses like our Smart Network Solutions Corporation. This experience has not only enriched our leadership skills but also reminded us of the vital role that diverse, women-owned businesses play in driving economic progress and inclusion. We are so proud of the impactful services the Florida State Minority Supplier Development Council (FSMSDC) team provided as a technical assistance partner to small and diverse businesses in our region. A heartfelt thank you to the The Miami Foundation for this incredible partnership and to the other providers who made this program possible. Fueled by a $20 million grant from Wells Fargo, the Miami Open for Business initiative empowered historically underserved nonprofits and small businesses to build generational wealth and resilience through the ownership of critical business assets such as property, equipment, and technology. It was an honor working with the other providers, Wells Fargo and The Miami Foundation. We look forward to future collaborations that continue to uplift and strengthen our community. #SupplierDiversity #SmallBusinessSupport #BuildingWealth #MinorityBusinesses #EconomicResilience #CommunityImpact #MiamiOpenForBusiness

I had a great experience at the Procurement Summit hosted by the Florida State Minority Supplier Development Council (FSMSDC)! This event brought together small business owners, supplier diversity advocates, and key decision-makers—all passionate about fostering growth and opportunities for minority businesses. It was such a pleasure meeting supplier diversity liaisons like Alysia Haygood, Carla Toles McKinney, and Ingrid Lamour-Thomas, MNM who were not only approachable but genuinely interested in engaging, sharing insights, and offering guidance. The focus on supplier diversity was inspiring, and it reaffirmed the importance of creating inclusive spaces where businesses like mine can thrive. It was also great connecting with other business owners like Carlos Y. Quiñones, Kirk Gimenez, Steve Mohan and Charlene (Charley) Brooks. A big thank you to the Florida State Minority Supplier Development Council (FSMSDC) for organizing such a valuable event. Opportunities like this are essential for building meaningful connections and learning how to position our businesses for success. Looking forward to the next one! #Networking #SmallBusiness #FSMSDC #WomenInTech #GovCon #MicrosoftDynamicsCRM #MicrosoftPowerPlatform
