Another great win as we close out the year strong! I’m thrilled to announce a partnership that has been in the making for almost two years. The Mike Morse Law Firm and I have always been proud to lead in the legal tech space, helping disrupt an antiquated industry. Two years ago, we set our sights on building our own intake platform on Salesforce, partnering with Zoom for our contact center, CallRail for call tracking, and Adobe for our document management. It was a hit! Since then, we’ve built an awesome Records retrieval platform, a Settlement module, and a customized referral portal that tracks referrals from start to finish. Today, we are the first P.I law firm in the world to leverage Einstein A.I. Salesforce’s $7B investment to power our engine, leading to more efficiency, productivity, reporting, and improved customer engagement. Many thanks to Mike Morse for his brilliant vision and blueprint, and to John Nachazel for co-leading this effort. Special thanks to our friends at Salesforce and Mamoon for partnering with us from the beginning, as well as: Justin Lee Perry Schneider Jan Rosenberg Rhonda Gibson Timothy P. Smith, Esq. I remember my dad showing me how the fax machine worked for the first time. It was 1989. He put a piece of paper into the machine and sent it from one office to another. The document printed on that flimsy paper that came in a scroll. When it came out, he was giddy. My dad's excitement was palpable. And the excitement I feel about AI today reminds me of my dad with his fax machine. In 2006, I was an early adopter of a paperless practice. People thought it was crazy, but I saw the writing on the wall. The world was going paperless, and law firms were going to follow. Then our building burned down one night in 2007. Had we not gone paperless already, we would have been toast. But because we had, our lawyers were in court the next morning without missing a beat. AI feels similar to the paperless revolution during the mid 2000s. This technology will revolutionize our: writing, discovery, reviewing medical records, and a hundred other things. And technology doesn’t just change how we work—it changes it fast. The year 1989 wasn't that long ago, and fax machines are already gone. I can't say exactly how AI will transform my firm, but I'm thinking about it every waking moment because I know it will and want that change to make things better. I'm interested to hear where other people are with AI. Have you started incorporating AI into your business? Am I overstating its importance?
