🤖 One of the key challenges in adopting AI for #benefits is ensuring it delivers accurate, trustworthy information that employees can rely on. At Fijoya, QA Automation Engineer Kobi Bashran shared insights from testing Large Language Models (LLMs) for benefits-related queries. Our goal was to make sure employees receive consistent, actionable answers about their coverage, even in complex scenarios. For example, whether an MRI is covered or how much it will cost - without errors. We tested different tools and eventually developed a new approach: cross-checking AI responses against predefined “ground truth” data using a second AI.
