One Portal, One Form, One EU.    We’re launching a digital portal to simplify the declaration process for cross-border workers – employees sent temporarily by their company to work in another EU country.     Right now, companies face 27 different national systems for these declarations. This new portal provides a single, user-friendly form available in all EU languages.    Key Benefits:  🔹 Less paperwork: Streamlines submissions, speeding up the process and reducing costs.  🔹 Better compliance: Supports cooperation among EU countries to protect cross-border workers.  🔹 Voluntary adoption: EU countries can choose to adopt the system for easier compliance.    Our goal is to cut administrative work by 25% while upholding strong protections for workers.    ℹ️ Read more: https://europa.eu/!Fwr6db

    • The image shows a pink sticky note attached to a metallic surface with two magnets (one blue and one green). Written on the sticky note are the phrases:

"One Portal" with a green check mark

"One Form" with a green check mark

"One EU" with a green check mark

In the bottom right corner, there’s a small European Commission logo.

This design is simple and visually communicates a unified, streamlined process within the EU context. It appears to emphasize the goal of consolidating multiple procedures into a single portal, likely referring to the digital portal for declarations mentioned in the previous messages.

🇪🇸🤝🇪🇺 Spain is not alone. Following devastating floods, Spain activated the #EUCivilProtection Mechanism, prompting a swift response from France and Portugal, who stepped in to assist, with waste management and recovery. Other EU countries have also expressed their readiness to help, and we remain in constant contact with Spanish authorities to provide further assistance as needed. This is the power of #EUSolidarity -—————————————————————————— 🇪🇸🤝🇪🇺 España no está sola.

What is the largest network of Marine Protected Areas in the North Atlantic? The Azores! The region has just taken steps to safeguard 30% of the archipelago’s sea, with an extension of 287,000 km². Its decision will help to protect:    🐬 marine biodiversity,   🐠 migratory species, deep-sea fish and corals,   🌊 unique hydrothermal vent ecosystems. With this step, the Azores contributes towards the EU's goal to preserve 30% of its marine areas by 2030. Restored and properly protected marine ecosystems offer many social, economic, and health benefits to coastal communities and everyone in our Union.    📸© Adobe Stock, Island of Vila Franca do Campo by EnricoPescantini

What once was solid is now scattered, and what once was divided is now one.     Today, we celebrate the 35th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall – an unstoppable force in history to unify Europe.     Many of its segments can be found all over Europe, even in front of our headquarters in Brussels.     Looking at them, let’s remember what courage can bring about.     #mauerfall35 #BerlinerMauer
