  • 🌟 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙈𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙘 𝙤𝙛 𝙏𝙚𝙖𝙢𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠: 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙮𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 𝙊𝙪𝙧 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙩𝙝𝙨 🌟 Time and time again, we see transformative teams built on a foundation of collaboration and trust. In these relationships, members thrive by exercising their innate strengths: possibilities, intricacies, eventualities, and efficiencies. In these cohesive teams, projects often divide in a predictable pattern where one person envisions the possibilities, setting the direction and inspiring the team with what could be achieved. Another focuses on the intricacies, ensuring no detail is overlooked, and every piece fits together seamlessly. Someone naturally guides the project toward its future potential, seeing how it will evolve and grow beyond its immediate goals. Finally, a team member drives efficiency, keeping everything on track and ensuring progress moves forward smoothly. 💬 The result? When each member leads with their strengths, the team doesn’t just complete their project—they create something transformative, with a foundation for lasting success. 🙌 ✨ What strength do you bring to your team? Chances are, it changes depending on the project and setting. • 🎄✨ Youth Focus Friday: 10 Ways Families Can Spread Holiday Cheer! ✨🎄 The holidays are the perfect time to come together as a family and make a difference in your community. If you're new to volunteering, this is a perfect time to start! There are many opportunities to get involved, and countless grateful organizations are seeking volunteers. Here are ten meaningful ways to spread kindness and joy while teaching kids the value of giving back: 1️⃣ Toy Drive Surprise: Encourage kids to donate toys they no longer use to a local charity or organize a toy drive in your community. 2️⃣ Bake and Share: Spend a fun afternoon baking treats together and deliver them to neighbors, firefighters, or elderly community members. 3️⃣ Family Volunteer Day: Volunteer as a family at a local shelter or charity. Help serve meals, sort donations, or join a community clean-up project. 4️⃣ Holiday Card Workshop: Create handmade holiday cards for nursing homes, hospitals, or military personnel stationed abroad. 5️⃣ Donation Jar Challenge: Set up donation jars for each family member. Collect spare change and allowances throughout the season, then donate the funds to a chosen charity. 6️⃣ Visit a Senior Center: Brighten the day of senior residents by playing games, sharing stories, or simply spending quality time together. 7️⃣ Meal Kit Assembly: Put together meal kits with non-perishable food items and donate them to a local food bank or shelter. 8️⃣ Blessing Bags: Create small care packages with essentials like snacks, gloves, and cash, and keep them on hand to give to someone in need. 9️⃣ Nature Clean-Up: Take a family nature walk and clean up a local park or trail. It’s a great way to teach environmental stewardship. 🔟 Read for a Cause: Host a family reading night where every book read equals a donation to a literacy charity or funds to buy books for a school in need. ✨ Bonus Idea: Start a gratitude jar as a family. Each day, write down something you’re thankful for and place it in the jar. At the end of the season, reflect together and decide on a charitable act based on your shared gratitude. 💬 Which of these ideas will your family try this holiday season? Let us know in the comments below, and let’s make this a season of kindness and connection! #HolidayGiving #YouthFocus #FamilyKindness #SpreadJoy #ESTELeverage

Learning how to resolve conflict effectively isn’t just about fixing problems in the moment—it’s about building skills that will serve you for a lifetime. Here’s a simple, 5-step approach to resolving conflicts that can be applied to any setting, at any level of conflict: 1️⃣ Identify the Conflict – Clearly state what the issue is. 2️⃣ Identify the Cause of Conflict – Ask yourself (and others involved): Why is this happening? 3️⃣ Suggest Solutions – Brainstorm ideas to address the issue. 4️⃣ Attempt to Solve the Problem – Collaborate and try the solutions. 5️⃣ Reach Out to Experts – If things feel stuck, seek guidance from a trusted teacher, mentor, or parent. 💡 Remember: These steps aren’t just for school or home. They’re life skills you’ll carry into every stage of life, from navigating friendships today to managing workplace challenges in the future. Encourage the young people in your life to practice these steps the next time they face a disagreement. • The progress highlighted in Forbes' World’s Top Companies for Women 2024 is both inspiring and a call to action. Over the past decade, we've seen meaningful strides: women now hold 29% of C-suite positions in the U.S., up from just 17% in 2015. However, this data also underscores that the journey toward true gender parity is far from over. We, ESTE Leverage, believe that equitable workplaces go beyond statistics. It’s about creating environments where women thrive by fully embracing their strengths, confidently articulating their value, and building authentic networks of support. These principles align with the ESTE Paradigm, which fosters growth through self-awareness, connection, and purposeful leadership. The companies featured in this list include MAIF, Netflix, Microsoft, NICE, Man Group, and Micron Technology, who are leading the charge by implementing practices that champion equity and inclusion at every level. Their work demonstrates the transformative power of intentional leadership in shaping a more equitable future What practices is your organization adopting to empower women and close the leadership gender gap? Do you work for one of these top companies? • 🤝 The Power of Listening: Building Trust There will be moments in most relationships when someone comes to you—not for answers, but for support. In these moments, they’re not asking you to solve their problem. They’re asking you to listen. 🌟 ✨ What they’re really saying: I trust you. I feel safe with you. I need space to think aloud. By quietly listening and showing them that you trust their ability to ask the right questions and find their own solutions, you reinforce their confidence and strengthen your bond. 💡 ✅ Here’s how to support them: Listen without interrupting. Validate their feelings. Encourage them with thoughtful questions, not immediate solutions. These simple acts foster #resilience, #problemsolving, and a deep sense of #trust. Your presence and patience are more powerful than any quick fix. 💖 💬 How do you create safe spaces for others to open up? Share your tips or moments below! 👇 #YouthFocus #ParentingTips #ListeningSkills #YouthEmpowerment #ESTELeverage
