We are excited to announce a significant milestone for the GPS Dental project in Hays, KS!    Within just 90 days of our engagement, EPM applied expert project management and decisive leadership to rescue and revive this troubled project. By overcoming significant challenges, we successfully completed the foundation installation last week, putting the project back on track and firmly on schedule.   When completed, this expansion and renovation will significantly enhance the dental office’s operational capacity and patient experience. We hosted our quarterly all-team meeting today as we discussed our brand pillars, company metrics, and plans for the future. The kicker? Our Columbus team here at our headquarters brought a Thanksgiving-style potluck for the meeting. It's always nice to gather in an intentional manner and be reminded of our 'why'. Onwards!

EPM is thrilled to announce the completion of our first Options Medical Weight Loss location in the Philadelphia market! The OMWL Collegeville office, located at 121 Market St., Collegeville, PA, is a modern tenant improvement design-build project of 1,673 sq. ft. A big thank you to everyone who contributed to OMWL’s expansion effort within the community of Collegeville, PA!

We’re so excited to see progress on the TruePointe as our development team is taking leadership on helping shape Hilliard as a destination location to eat, play, work, and live! For those unfamiliar, TruePointe is a 27-acre site will have multifamily residential, office, hospitality, and retail/restaurant spaces. It also will establish new public gathering spaces, green space, trails and sidewalks. This recent tax application will only get us one step closer to a lively and fruitful place for Hilliard residents to enjoy. Thank you Columbus Business First for the feature.
