"Miami is a great city and you can work very hard and build wealth💰 over time. You can also work very, very hard and have 8 people in a $3000 apartment. There’s a huge wealth gap in this city so that was really important to me." So Miren Oca started exploring her ✨business succession options✨ and landed on an EOT (Employee Ownership Trust). She said the flexibility, cost, and long term protection of her values are what helped her land on that decision. Ocaquatics celebrated its 30th year in 2024 and also its establishment as an Employee Owned Trust and has co-owners that range in age from 19 - 81.
