📣 EOSC-ENTRUST project has published the first version of its European TRE network blueprint and interoperability framework. 🔍 The first ENTRUST Blueprint includes a draft architecture specification and glossary. Requirements for TRE interoperability were further detailed 💡 by comparing the capabilities of existing TREs to the DARE UK Federated Architecture Blueprint. Along with the Blueprint, 🙌 the project has also published preparatory information which will be used to develop training material, and a first version of the TRE Provider Catalogue describing TRE provider interoperability capabilities. 🌍 Countries participating in Genomic Data Infrastructure (GDI) have committed to establishing an operational National Mirror Group (NMG) to support 🙌 the national implementation of the 1+MG Initiative. 🔍 Today’s #GDI_Deliverable documents the GDI project’s support of National Mirror Groups’ activities, including capacity building actions. 💡 One of the activities planned was the “Towards the implementation of National Genomic Plans in EU countries” workshop, where Belgium, Denmark, France and Italy presented their respective national genomic plans. EOSC-ENTRUST held its first Evaluation & Adoption workshop in Helsinki 🇫🇮 on 24 - 25 September. 40 project partners worked together 🙌 to advance understanding of the requirements for a European network of #TrustedResearchEnvironments. 🔍 During the meeting, the participants looked at the #Interoperability, Governance and Capability aspects of a joint blueprint to enable federated #sensitivedata access and analysis. Last week, at the #EOSCSymposium2024, the European Commission announced the official launch of the EOSC EU Node services, marking a critical milestone in its goal to accelerate the adoption of Open Science across Europe.
