Ryan Sullivan is killing it in his first year of coaching our EOA members! After scaling his company, Canopy Analytic, LLC, Ryan decided that he wanted to help other founders achieve that same goal. Ryan is now accelerating our entrepreneur’s growth through a monthly accountability group. In his own journey, he began as an analytics consultant, and realized that there was an opportunity to help more people. So he launched Canopy Analytic: an analytics consultancy focused on helping companies make better decisions using data. Having been a consultant for a while, Ryan’s goal was to build a new kind of home for his fellow consultants. His motto, “𝘪𝘧 𝘸𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘢𝘯 𝘢𝘸𝘦𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘺 𝘩𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘴, 𝘪𝘮𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘥𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘳!” He mentioned that the Accelerator accountability group is one of his favorite meetings each month and he’s enjoyed the relationships he has made from coaching. Thank you so much to Ryan for his time, energy and contribution to helping this cohort of entrepreneurs grow their business and help more people. #Founder #Entrepreneur

After an 8-figure exit, John Gleason has been helping other entrepreneurs get ready to sell their company too. As the founder of Genuine Business Advisors (GBA), John has spent over 30 years navigating the business sale process. And he’s always been a serial entrepreneur! John has founded or acquired: • A commercial vending and coffee firm • Design & typesetting company • A Bookkeeping & Accounting services firm • Now, an M&A company Which is why he’s an EOA SAP, helping our members set up a business that they can exit. When not guiding business owners through the sale process, John enjoys life in Marina Bay, Quincy, MA, with his wife and adult son, hitting the gym, or cruising on his motorcycle. Thank you, John, for making an impact in the entrepreneurial community! #Entrepreneurship #BusinessGrowth #MergersAndAcquisitions

For 20 years, Satish Patel has been an entrepreneur and CPA. Now helping EOA Members thrive with Analytix Solutions. It all started on a mission to empower businesses of all sizes with the tools, insights, and solutions they need to thrive in a competitive world. Through Accounting , IT and Business support back office services, Analytix helps clients streamline operations and enhance profitability. And just before the COVID shutdown, Satish’s team conducted fire drills to test their business continuity plan— a move that proved invaluable when lockdowns began. Even amid uncertainty, they stayed true to their values: no layoffs, no compromises. Instead, the company doubled down on supporting its clients and retained every employee during the pandemic. The result? 100% 𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘵𝘩 𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘯𝘦𝘹𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘴. This incredible journey reflects Satish’s work with our Accelerator members! Always looking to improve the longstanding of their companies. Thank you to Satish for supporting the Accelerator program and our members. #Entrepreneurship #BusinessGrowth #Founder

Ten years ago, John Schnauck hit a wave of professional inspiration in the middle of the ocean. Returning from a year-long sabbatical with his family aboard their sailboat, John knew he wanted to go back to work—but was not looking forward to the grind. He asked his wife, Alexa Evans Schnauck, when he had been happiest in his career. “𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘢 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘩𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳.” At that moment, their boat was on a broad reach (yes, a sailing term for the wind hitting the sails at the perfect angle). Hence, his new found company name: Broadreach Staffing Solutions. As he scaled his staffing agency to a 12-person team and $1M+ in revenue, John participated in the EO Accelerator right here in Boston. Now, having graduated EOA years ago and recently winning Staffing Industry Analysts, “Best Staffing Firms to Work For 2024,” John has made a huge impact on hundreds of lives. We’re proud John participated in Accelerator and is part of the community! #Entrepreneurship #CareerJourneys #Founder (𝘐𝘯𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘐𝘯𝘥𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘺 𝘈𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘴)

For the past 12 years, Drew Quesnel has been helping businesses thrive in Accelerator. He’s an Advisor at Insperity, a complete HR service designed for small businesses. And we’re proud to have Drew and Insperity as an official Strategic Alliance Partner (SAP) of Accelerator. They support a lot of our founder’s personal and professional events! And we’re not surprised because Insperity is more than just a workplace— Every year, top performers earn an all-inclusive week away with their significant other as part of Insperity’s sales incentive program. Andrew has been on several of these trips, enjoying incredible adventures like cave diving, ATV rides, and even camel rides (𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘥𝘪𝘥𝘯’𝘵 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘵). But beyond the adventures, Drew values the opportunity Insperity provides to… “𝘏𝘦𝘭𝘱 𝘣𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘴 𝘴𝘶𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘦𝘥 𝘴𝘰 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘳.” It’s reflected in everything they do— They’ve helped many of our EO Accelerator Boston members with their HR challenges. Thank you to Drew and Insperity for your support! #Leadership #CommunityImpact #Entrepreneurship

Our Accelerator Learning Chair, Kate Morgan, grew her business to $2M within a few years! But that’s not the part she’s most proud of. Kate i͟s͟ all of the magic that happens behind the scenes at Accelerator. From preparing learning days, recruitment events, EOA socials, and so much more, Kate is genuinely the backbone of our organization. And that should come as no surprise when you hear her story: During the recession, Kate was a contractor helping startups with talent acquisition. Even in a down economy, her work was in such high demand that she quickly became over-subscribed. Traditional recruiting models, in her opinion, wasn’t right. ↳ 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘴𝘦𝘦𝘮 𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘻𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘧𝘪𝘵𝘴 𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦… abrading with Kate’s core belief that a company’s greatest asset is its people and not something to be bartered for. So in 2011, she decided to change the narrative and launched her own business, Boston Human Capital Partners, Inc. She’s been able to recruit employees that were a bit misguided on their career paths, and have now gone on to do great things within the TA space. As the EOA Chair, Kate has stepped into the role at a time when the market feels just as unpredictable as when she started. Her goal is to guide Accelerator members through these challenges and ensure they feel supported on their entrepreneurial journeys. Kate’s story is a reminder that success is more than numbers— Success is about the impact you make on the people around you. #EOAccelerator #Entrepreneurship #Founder — P.S. She releases her book soon… stay tuned 👀
