Entrepreneurs often fall into the trap of doing everything themselves. But your job isn’t to do it all—it’s to focus on what only you can do. Gino Wickman, a hall of fame member of EO Detroit and the creator of EOS® (the Entrepreneurial Operating System®) shares these three key strategies to manage your energy and spend it wisely: 1. If something consistently drains you, consider delegating it. 2. Learn to say no—or not right now. 3. Schedule time for stillness, reflection, and the activities that recharge you. Learn more how to control your energy, like the finite resource that it is: https://lnkd.in/gBkv5V-R #EO #EOBlog

We create connection and belonging for entrepreneurs everywhere so that together, we can become even more.
About us
Entrepreneurs shape the future, sparking innovation, creating jobs, empowering dreams. We believe in challenging the status quo and finding solutions, one business at a time. While that journey can bring influence, recognition, and personal reward, it can also be arduous and lonely. Mindful of the unique pressures and isolation experienced along many an entrepreneur’s path, in 1987, a group of young pioneers designed a solution: a membership community dedicated exclusively by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs who have a proven record of success. Soon, that collective grew from a few hundred to many thousands, evolving into the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO). Today, EO welcomes entrepreneurs everywhere, connecting 18,000 of the world’s leading entrepreneurs from every sector, generation, culture, and walk of life across 80+ countries worldwide. We create belonging, forge connections, exchange diverse perspectives, and share extraordinary experiences, all year long. What makes our community special? In a word: connection. With EO, we go beyond the business to the whole entrepreneur, gaining insights that we pass on to our families and work teams. We recognize the interconnectedness of our success and learn to balance individual achievements with collective impacts. By gathering locally and connecting globally – in chapters, in regions, as one borderless community – we experience a 360-degree entrepreneurial journey that unlocks more of our full potential. As members of EO’s local and global communities, we belong, so we can become even more. Join EO and engage in a diverse collective that is always learning, always growing, and thinking big while being bold. Together, we will move the world forward.

When you identify and address a fundamental need, your community naturally grows around it. Sun Ah Brock, EO Montreal member and CEO of LUX decor shares these key areas for building a value-driven community: 1. Identify and solve a specific problem your community faces. 2. Entrepreneurs' Organization reposted this
I’ve been aware of and a fan of EO for years. When I joined the Entrepreneurs' Organization' in July, I became a student of the EO brand. Eagerly learning about the intentionality behind the brand mark, the color choices and the symbolism. I find that when I know the “why” behind something, I am way more bought in. I see how I’m a part of something bigger. The EO brand mark is incredibly intentional: The rings represent a single drop of water that has a 100X impact. The rings represent a tree that stands the test of time. The rings represent the globe and our global reach. Each color represents one of our values. The vibrancy of the colors is one of our differentiations. Last week, we delivered Brand Booster trainings, to over 350 professional staff and MarComms leaders in the organization. Because to maintain a unified brand, it takes all of us. Thank you Winnie Hart for championing this powerful, unifying brand. Thank you Abeer Qumsieh for ensuring our brand is top of mind across the globe. Thank you Chris Lynch, Brooke Guy, Nicole Moschella Einisman, Karen Gregan and Stacie Hebdon, PMP, CSM, ECBA for delivering four incredible Brand Booster trainings and bringing Canva to our 220 Chapters.
