It’s all about connecting! We are a company built on strong relationships – relationships with our guests, clients, team members, and community. We just got back from our Parkhurst Dining regional meetings, during which we prioritized relationships with each other! Hosted at five of our site locations across our 14-state footprint, the meetings brought together over 200 leaders to connect, talk shop, learn from each other, and share a meal. To connect even further, attendees worked together to make blankets that will be donated to the local children’s hospital in their area!
About us
We are a company of big dreams and humble beginnings. Started as a single car-hop style restaurant in Pittsburgh in 1949, Eat’n Park Hospitality Group has grown into a portfolio of regional foodservice concepts focused on personalized dining. Our brands include: - Eat’n Park Restaurants, a full-service family restaurant chain - Parkhurst Dining Services, a provider of catering and contract dining services to businesses, higher education institutions, and cultural centers - SmileyCookie.com, an online store offering fresh-baked, customized, hand-iced cookie gifts for delivery throughout the U.S. - The Porch, a neighborhood bistro featuring thoughtfully-crafted seasonal food made with fresh ingredients from our local partners and farms - Hello Bistro, a fast-casual restaurant where burgers and salads come together. There’s a common focus throughout every branch of our organization: PEOPLE. From the thousands of guests, clients, residents, and visitors that we serve every day in each of our locations, to the more than 9,000 team members who are at the heart of our company…we care about people. We’re committed to treating our guests and team members like friends, serving outstanding food and, above all, doing the right thing. We love what we do, and we love making people smile.

We are very proud of the ways that our Eat'n Park Hospitality Group Allergen Committee and our team members foster inclusivity and extend hospitality through their work to ensure the safety of our guests with food allergies and sensitivities!
The SpotOn Innovation Award honors those who are leading the way in hospitality with fresh ideas and creative approaches. 🎉 🏆 Congratulations to Eat'n Park Hospitality Group on receiving PRLA's 2024 SpotOn Innovation Award for their exceptional allergen management program, which significantly enhances guest safety and satisfaction. Eat'n Park's groundbreaking initiative integrates interactive technology with comprehensive training across multiple departments. A standout feature is their online platform, powered by BigZpoon, allowing guests to customize their dining experience by selecting allergens and generating a tailored menu free from those allergens, complete with modification suggestions and nutritional information. This program equips all team members—from front-of-house staff to kitchen crews—with the knowledge and tools to effectively manage allergen control, fostering consistency and confidence in service. The training includes a concise video and an accessible internal resource library, ensuring that every employee understands critical allergen-related information. By prioritizing guest safety and inclusivity, Eat'n Park has created a culture where all diners feel valued, particularly those with dietary restrictions. Their collaborative approach involved various departments, addressing challenges creatively and effectively. Eat'n Park Hospitality Group's commitment to innovation and guest experience sets a benchmark for operational excellence in the hospitality industry. 👏 #SpiritOfHospitality

At Eat’n Park Hospitality Group, our history and traditions run deep! When something is important to our team members, you can tell 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘪𝘵 𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘴. It transcends generations and becomes part of who we are. 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗞𝗶𝗱𝘀 is one such example! Today, we kicked off our 𝟰𝟲𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘀. And this is just the beginning! We have the next 5 weeks to fundraise to help kids in need at more than a dozen children’s hospitals across our 14-state footprint.

Mercy Senchur, you inspire us! Last night, we celebrated Mercy and her fellow Pittsburgh Business Times Class of 2024 C-Suite Award winners at a special event honoring leaders who go above and beyond to make a difference in their companies and across the region. Mercy started with our company in 1986 as a midnight server and stayed because, even back then, she felt empowered to contribute meaningfully – her efforts made a difference! Now, in her current role as President and COO of our Restaurant Division, she empowers others and ensures that ENPHG is always a place where team members can grow! Every year, our team members fundraise for a cause they care deeply about: ensuring kids get the medical care they need regardless of their families’ finances. This tradition dates back to 1979 and through the decades, generations of team members have raised over $12 million for children’s hospitals and charities across our 14-state operating region! These same team members recently helped us to proudly present a corporate donation to support a new, state-of-the-art Heart Institute at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, which is where our fundraising first got its start 45 years ago. We are honored to extend the legacy of our team members and their heart for this cause, grateful for the life-changing work of UPMC Children's Hospital Foundation in our communities, and so excited to kick-off our 2024 Caring for Kids fundraising campaign next week!
