A critical step in this journey was assembling the founding Board of Directors: a diverse, visionary group that represents Ukraine’s ambition and innovation, leading alongside Managing Director Sviatoslav Sviatnenko. These seasoned leaders bring decades of expertise across technology, finance, venture capital, and global business, and a shared commitment to fostering high-impact entrepreneurship. 25 countries by 2015. That was the challenge in 2005 when we were in just 6 countries. 🌱 Back then, our community was rooted entirely in Latin America. 🇦🇷🇨🇱🇧🇷🇺🇾🇲🇽 Soon, MENA entrepreneurs noticed the growth of our trust-based community and wanted to bring it to their countries. So, we expanded. By the mid-2000s, we were in South Africa, Turkey, Egypt, and Jordan. 🇿🇦🇹🇷🇪🇬🇯🇴 This early expansion proved that our model could work beyond Latin America. And the more global our community became, the more valuable it was for entrepreneurs everywhere. 🤝 Every launch strengthened our ability to serve entrepreneurs locally, regionally, and globally, unlocking innovation in unexpected places. 💪 Fast forward to today: We support 2,600+ entrepreneurs across 45 countries on nearly every continent. 🌍 But this journey has never been about numbers—it’s about impact. Two years after launching its first model, ElevenLabs is investing $11M into the Polish AI ecosystem—and the number 11 is no coincidence. Endeavor Entrepreneurs Mati Staniszewski and Piotr Dabkowski, founders of ElevenLabs, launched their audio AI company just two years ago on 11/11—Poland’s Independence Day. This year, on 11/11, they announced their $11M investment plan at an event co-hosted by Endeavor Poland.
