Under the Enhanced Transparency Framework (ETF) of the Paris Agreement, all countries are required to submit their first Biennial Transparency Reports (BTRs) by 31 December 2024. This deadline applies to all Parties to the Paris Agreement, although flexibility is provided for Least Developed Countries (LDCs) and Small Island Developing States (SIDS) to submit their reports based on their capacities.
