Wishing you a joyful Christmas eve!
About us
Our mission is to equip the church in deep, beneath-the-surface spirituality that transforms people who transform the world. Emotionally Healthy Spirituality was birthed out of the realization that key areas were missing in the churchâs spiritual formation/discipleship initiatives. Over an 18-year period, these missing elements were identified and were found to be applicable around the world as essential to engaging in deep, beneath-the-surface spiritual formation. This is grounded in the conviction that genuine growth cannot help but release the life and gifts of God through His people out into the world. Our objectives are to: 1) Pioneer the integration of emotional health and contemplative spirituality to discipleship and spiritual formation. 2) Transform the quality of leaders, relationships, churches and organizations through media rich resources, in depth personal training, and personal relationships. 3) Enrich the quality of marriages, especially those of leaders, through written material, experiential conferences and seminars.

The EHD leadership community is growing rapidly around the world. In order to support the growth, we must continue to build the infrastructure to serve our international community of pastors and leaders. In 2025, we aim to launch our all new EHD App to offer leaders more community and free resources to help them lead effectively. Your gift will help us fully fund these initiatives so they are accessible to more leaders worldwide. Know how on our website:

Pastors are at a breaking point, with many considering leaving ministry due to emotional strain. We are responding with the School of Emotionally Healthy Leadership (SEHL). We aim to expand to 20 schools by 2025, but each one requires funding. Your support of $8,000 per school will help pastors stay grounded, healthy, and able to serve their communities long-term. Thank you for your prayers and support. Click here to give:

We can only change what we are aware of. As leaders, if we ignore how our past shapes us, we risk bringing those patterns into our leadership and communities.
