POSITION : Accounts Manager (Arabic Speaking) SALARY : AED 20,000 + Annual Benefits LOCATION : Abu Dhabi, UAE Our Client, a well established Investment Group based in Abudhabi is looking to hire an Arabic Speaking Accounting Manager. SKILLS SETS: - Masters or Bachelors in Accounting/Commerce - CPA or CFA Certification will be a plus - Min 10yrs of Accounts Manager experience in UAE is a must JOB RESPONSIBILITES : • Prepare monthly, quarterly financial reports (profit & loss statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement) and submit to the Management team to enable them know the financial performance and position of the company. • Assess revenues, cost, commissions and expenses on a monthly basis to ensure those are recorded appropriately. • Process and assist in year-end functions related to accounting / financial operations, analyze reports, maintain spreadsheets and prepare journal entries. • Prepare & Reconcile Shareholder’s Current Account, Loan Account etc. on monthly basis or as and when required. • Preparation & update Fixed Assets Register (FAR) on monthly. • Review the monthly staff Payroll and process WPS for payment on monthly basis. • Manage and review accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) by preparing ageing reports and coordinate with the Suppliers and Clients to resolve the queries. • Prepare regular reports and summaries of accounting activities. • Maintains Tax Files as per the requirement of Local FTA. • Liaise with external auditor and assist with the annual audit process including preparation of audit schedules. • Preparation of Bank Reconciliation on monthly basis and coordinate with financial institutions Relevant candidates who are currently in UAE need only apply to finance@buildwellhrs.com.
