When everyone has an equal chance to be as healthy as they can be, society and individuals benefit. Sometimes unmet health-related social needs and behavioral health needs stand in the way of physical health. We believe in this concept so strongly that we have grounded our health company’s business and health strategy around it. In this first issue of the Whole-Health Update, learn more about our broader view of health, how data can help the people we serve, the unique ways we partner with care providers to improve outcomes, the importance of community health, and how community health workers boost cultural humility. #HealthEquity #CommunityHealth #WholeHealth
