Here we are again, filled with immense gratitude and joy, as we come together for the second EARA Conference, hosted in the breathtaking setting of the castle Akademie Schloss Kirchberg. Last week, EARA farmers gathered to reflect on and celebrate the remarkable milestones achieved in our first year. This was also a time to join hands, channel our energy, and nurture our shared vision of exploring new avenues where EARA can further shape the future of Regenerative Agriculture in Europe. 🌌 EARA has flourished in a thriving mycorrhizal system. This year, we welcomed extraordinary new pioneers of regenerative agriculture into our community. Together with the Founding Members, they have strengthened the potential for meaningful connections, friendship, knowledge exchange, and impactful collaboration to advance regenerative practices in all the many and diverse European contexts. A special thank you to all the farmers and their families who have supported this journey, and a heartfelt acknowledgment to Josefine Herz for her outstanding coordination, the castle team for their exceptional hospitality, and Fabio Volkmann and Ana Digón for their heartwarming and precise facilitation. Your time is the most valuable resource, and we deeply appreciate your dedication to EARA. Here’s a glimpse into the enthusiasm and vibrant energy that defined these unforgettable days together. 📸 Jason Krüger & Jakob Friedrich, Filmkrug

EARA is leading what might be the largest study on Regenerative Agriculture ever conducted 🌍 Through this study, we're aiming to showcase the powerful synergy between #Economics and #Ecology in the agricultural sector. 🌾 We want to prove that Pioneering Farmers are already achieving far more than many scientists and policymakers believe possible. 👩🌾 We want to demonstrate that governments already have the infrastructure to support farmers in agroecosystem health regeneration—context-specific remuneration and positive feedback loops without additional costs. 📊 We want to show that agricultural #Economics needs new methodologies, embedding economies within ecologies to advance scientific analyses. All this is possible thanks to over 150 pioneering farmers across Europe sharing their agronomic input and output data with us. 🚜 Our special gratitude goes to the great team at EIT Food specifically Vivien Bodereau, Lucy Wallace, and Flavio Antonelli, for their trust and support. And to our incredible research team: Yann Boulestreau, Daniel Sacristan Moraga, Max Meister, Andrei Girz, Virginia Tarditi, Evangelia Kagiali! 🤝 Know pioneering farmers excelling in agroecosystem health regeneration?
