What do you think? ⬇️⬇️⬇️ This week’s headline was “Florida sued over cultivated meat law”. Upside Foods, a cultivated meat company, is challenging a Florida law that bans the production, distribution and sale of cultivated meat products. The company has partnered with the Institute for Justice, a nonprofit public interest law firm, and this filing is in direct response to a bill that was signed into law earlier this year by Florida Gov. Ron Desantis. Why this matters: this matters because Florida is the first state to do this - Alabama quickly followed suit - and Arizona and others are considering the same ban on lab-grown meat. So while we are obviously not the biggest fans of lab grown meat, we vote against this as to us the question becomes should states be allowed to dictate a consumers choice in food? Absolutely not.

This ain’t even about this guy. (Well kind of) it’s just a bigger picture with society as a whole. Content creators and people who share online know how to get clicks and like and shares. You sayings like “food that Is poising you” - but then say nothing about the type of food that is poisoned , what the poison is , how it’s poising us , who is supplying the poison etc KNOW YOUR SOUCE. And if you want good info listen to @discoveragpodcast

This week on @discoveragpodcast we cover @robertfkennedyjr emotional food focused speech giving our thoughts to what he said to America from the perspective of a millennial cattle rancher and dairy farmer. @robertfkennedyjr is very passionate about agriculture, food and the health of the country. His passion actually started way back when we he worked on commercial fishing boats and was inspired to help start the Waterkeeper Alliance, a position he has held for more than 20 years. Under his leadership, the Alliance grew to be the world’s largest nonprofit focused solely on clean water. There are now more than 350 Waterkeeper groups in 48 countries, patrolling and protecting 2.8 million square miles of watersheds. Pretty cool origins. We had lots to say about this speech, but as always we want to hear what you have to say !! #makeamericahealthyagain #rfk #food #bigfood #foodpolicy #foodpodcast
