This spring, we became the first nonprofit startup admitted to StartX in 3 years. StartX is an accelerator dedicated to supporting the best Stanford University entrepreneurs. $24M is raised on average per accepted company, and 1 out of every 28 companies becomes a $1 billion+ unicorn within 7-8 years. Alumni companies include Patreon, Lime, OpenSea, and Kodiak Sciences.
Big thank you to StartX mentors and leaders Steven Lurie, Mike Schwartz, Allen Romano, Ph.D., Cyrille Najjar, Matias Hosiasson, Noah Kindler, Nico Laqua, Arun Balaraman, Anil Kamath, Anne Caillat, Laura Kenney Bullard, Ankita Tiwari, Erik Pavia, and Darsh Singh Mann for thoughtfully advising and supporting our Founder Mary Zhu throughout the 3-month program.
This opportunity would not have been possible without StartX Founder & Chairman Cameron Teitelman and CEO Kyle Wong. Thank you for believing in our team, mission, and vision, and for opening new doors for us as a tech nonprofit startup 🚀
