Thurgood Marshall's football team and their head coach, Coach Wilson, were invited to an event dedicated to the support and uplifting of young men. 💜 This event, hosted by Fatherless No More, former NFL player Tim Johnson, and many college and professional athletes, discussed how growing up without a father figure can present unique challenges, but also foster resilience and independence. This was very impactful for our students to see the success of people who didn't have it easy along the way. 💛

The 2025 McIntosh Scholar is Thurgood Marshall senior, Nealeonn Scott! 💙 Nealeonn is the FIRST Thurgood Marshall senior to ever receive the prestigious W.S. McIntosh Memorial Leadership Award. This award, sponsored by the City of Dayton and the University of Dayton, honors students who exemplify a commitment to social justice and community leadership. Nealeonn was surprised with the award from Dr. Eric Spina, President of the University of Dayton, admissions staff from UD, Dr. Lawrence, and his family. This is an amazing achievement and we are so proud of Nealeonn! Congratulations! 💙
