Updates

  • What a year for the Darby Rimmer Foundation! We have continued to raise hundreds of thousands of pounds which has helped us to fund research projects to help and assist with hopefully finding a cure for MND. Thank you to all of the MND community and all of our supporters for continuing to help us to raise awareness and taking part in events, such as the Great North Run and March of the day to name a few. Your support is paramount in helping us to #attackMND. I hope you all have a great Christmas and a happy New year. Stephen, co-founder

  • Come and join us for March of the Day II as we walk around the capital visiting a number of clubs along the way. Come and be a part of something very special and help us bang the drum raising awareness of MND. We already have over 230 walkers taking part and that number has been growing steadily. As with this year, we expect this to be covered in detail by the BBC and possibly more news outlets. In March 2024, we staged the first March of the Day event between Bradford City and Liverpool, with 800 walkers taking part including over 60 footballers, past and present raising over £200,000 for the Foundation.
