Last Thursday, Custom Culinary® employees gathered for a Thanksgiving lunch to show gratitude for our team and share the bounty with those less fortunate.     Shoutout to Mary Everts for planning the event, Chef Michael Manno for preparing side dishes for the feast, and Sharon Delatorre and Rossy Tejeda, MS for harvesting fresh greens from our Fork Farms garden. Everyone pitched in to make the event amazing and delicious!     Our team also generously collected donations for local organization, The Outreach House, in Lombard, Illinois. We donated three carloads of food, personal care, cleaning supplies, clothing, and kids’ toys items along with $500 to support the pantry. Last week, the Custom Culinary® sales team gathered at our Lombard Headquarters office for a sales training session. Learning and development enable our team to focus on our core values to serve our customers better. The group watched cooking demonstrations from our Culinary team, including product application training, and gained helpful insights from our Research & Development team. They were shown new culinary applications to support their work in 2025. A highlight was the mock sales challenge where our sales team showcased how they can support our customers’ business and help them overcome challenges, using insights, solutions, and culinary creations.
