This Tuesday was Giving Tuesday, a day that was created in 2012 "...as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good." It's a special day for Crossflow and one of our favorites, as we love to give back to our incredible community. Crossflow and its employees participated in various events and fundraisers this year, such as one held by our local Montessori school raising funds for a Montessori school located in North Carolina that was impacted by Hurricane Helene. We also participated in the Community Foundation of Greater Huntsville's event, at which we announced and delivered checks to the recipients (Huntsville Hospital Foundation, The Caring Link - Madison County, and Kids to Love) of this year's grants from our 501(c)(3), Crossflow Cares. If you didn't participate or give this year, you don't need to wait until next year, as there are plenty of volunteer opportunities and ways to give back each and every day. We encourage you to get out there, learn more about your community, and give back - you won't regret it!

About us
Crossflow Technologies is located in Huntsville, Alabama and primarily supports customers in the Aerospace and Defense industries. We build teams of top-tier professionals and engage them in interesting and motivating work in order to support the evolving needs of our customers. We take great pride in the fact that we have won four Best Places to Work awards from the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce–particularly when paired with having made the Inc. 5000 list for growth the same four years. We are also proud to have been named a BBB Torch Awards for Ethics Finalist and been recognized as a Best Place for Working Parents. To us, these accolades demonstrate our ability to effectively scale our culture and maintain principled business practices. Crossflow has been, and continues to be, a place that people want to be. Creating and maintaining a satisfied workforce is the key to attracting and retaining the best performers. Crossflow’s long-term, voluntary, industry-leading retention rate (91.5%) demonstrates our ability to retain and sustain employees. This is well above the industry average of 84% for Professional and Business Services. The success of our company is highly contingent upon our ability to attract, hire, and retain superior professionals with the appropriate experience. We require candidates to have a proven record of exhibiting the same attributes our employees have adopted as our core values: humility, generosity, integrity, responsiveness, and consistency.

We are excited to be participating again in one of Huntsville's best, annual traditions, Tinsel Trail! Special thanks to our employees that took the time to select and decorate our tree! Be sure to check out all of the wonderful trees at this year's Tinsel Trail, and let us know when you find the Crossflow Tree!

Last Friday, Crossflow held an all-hands meeting to update our employees on the growth and future of our company. It's always a joy to be able to get all of our employees together. Things were a bit different this year with several employees participating remotely as we have branched out to new locations, which we couldn't be more excited about! Thanks to the hard work of each of our employees, the future of Crossflow is bright!

Our men and women who have served our country deserve to be honored each and every day, but today let us make sure we go the extra mile to express our sincere gratitude for their selfless service. At Crossflow, we take every chance to honor the veterans who work so diligently for our company. While not everyone was able to attend, we were proud to host a breakfast in their honor last Thursday. Today, and every day, we honor all who served.

We recently held a Lunch and Learn for Crossflow employees and were able to hear from our very own, Scott Clinton! Scott is a SME in reverse engineering and has been, and continues to be, a huge asset to the DoD. Thank you, Scott, for taking the time to share your wisdom and passion for what you do!

We are proud to announce Crossflow has received a USAF Phase I SBIR award! Our team will be conducting meaningful work to establish a digital twin of the B-52, which will serve to reduce future non-recurring engineering costs and shorten the acquisition lifecycle. We are excited to take on this challenge and deliver a top tier solution to our customer, Air Force Global Strike Command.

Crossflow recently attended the Executive Luncheon for the American Heart Association to kick off the 2025 Huntsville Heart Walk. We are proud to be a part of and support such an amazing cause and organization! AHA is tirelessly working to educate everyone so they know how to respond in the event someone experiences cardiac arrest. This education is literally saving lives, and we encourage everyone to contact AHA and learn more!

Crossflow Technologies was proud to participate in and be a sponsor of this year's Aim for Advocacy fundraiser for the National Children's Advocacy Center! The work NCAC is doing to fight for children is highly commendable, and we are honored to show them our support! Also, congrats to our very own, Greg Hodges, for winning Top Shot for the morning flight!
