Following up on my "Building Economic Bridges" article from Friday (https://lnkd.in/gPSKJQNK) here is the asset owner-led pathway to redeveloping a local business ecosystem powered by a coworking community development model. The overall thesis is that office assets and the owners and developers planning for their redevelopment can be catalysts for driving revitalization and economic development in their local business communities. The question isn't just "how do we increase occupancy in high vacancy office buildings," but "how can we do that, and more? ⚡"
