About us
The County Durham Resilience service is a community mental health service for adults (18 years and over). We are primarily an early-intervention service and aim to build resilience within communities in County Durham. This includes; where people feel lonely and isolated, and have experienced mental health difficulties, which includes those impacted by COVID. We are here to help people, bridging the gap between services, and helping to improve social wellbeing and mental health

Amazing news from Pioneering Care Partnership (PCP) bringing Welcome Spaces to the Pioneering Care Centre. 💜 Drop in and connect with others through a warm and welcoming space this winter. Sessions are free, and visitors can access family activities, hot drinks, a hot meal, friendly conversation and a range of guidance and support. Starting 8 January to 26 March 2025 from 4pm to 6.30pm every Wednesday.
