In this role, Hector leads a team dedicated to managing a diverse portfolio of clients and securing new business across various products and asset classes, such as Conventional Debt, GO Bonds, Revenue Bonds, Loans, Project Finance, and Structured Finance. Blair Sundell is the Business Finance Manager for Business Oregon, the state of Oregon's economic development agency. He has spent 16 years working in commercial and government lending and joined Business Oregon in 2018. Business Oregon supports financial institutions and businesses by providing loan guarantees, direct loans, conduit bonds and other financial resources to improve access to capital in Oregon. Blair's vision for the Business Finance Section is to build on the legacy of his predecessor, John Saris to streamline processes, improve speed to market, and create innovative programs that reduce risk for the banking sector and economic development partners.
