While much has changed in 75+ years, our partnership with the National FFA Organization has stood the test of time. In honor of #NationalSTEMDay, we're highlighting FFA, who is helping engage and grow the next generation of ag leaders! In 2024, our employees have volunteered hundreds of hours. In fact, just two weeks ago, our employees participated in The National FFA Convention & Expo in Indianapolis. There, we celebrated FFA's achievements and engaged in a career fair, workshops and competitive events. We believe that with the right investment, mentorship and STEM education, young leaders—like those participating in FFA—will be better prepared to help solve the world's most pressing challenges and help farming communities succeed.
