Frontline supervisors, also known as foremen, are the flag bearers for project safety. In the last 16 years, more fatalities have occurred in construction than in any other industry. Potential jobsite dangers create pressure for frontline supervisors, resulting in many of these critical team members feeling isolated and burdened with high levels of stress. Take time to look closely at the culture of unrealistic expectations on frontline supervisors and learn to destigmatize them in order to improve onsite safety in our article here: https://bit.ly/3Z0mx4v #contractors #foremen #constructionindustry #stress
