  • 🎤 We were honored to present at the Rejected Conference last night! 🎤 Thank you Megan DeLeon (Miller) for putting together such a fantastic event! Our presentation, “Ethical Considerations in Expanding ABA Practice Methodologies,” explored how behavior analysts can address critical gaps in services through: ✅ Early Intervention Support – Using the Balance Program to prevent behavior escalation and empower caregivers. ✅ Educational Support – Leveraging Direct Instruction to close learning gaps and meet students where they are. ✅ Mental Health Support – Applying Clinical ABA to treat conditions like anxiety and depression using tools like ACT. We emphasized the importance of ethical, evidence-based practices to serve families effectively while addressing waitlists and overlooked populations. 💡 Key Takeaway: Behavior analysts have the tools to bridge these gaps ethically and effectively. It’s time we broaden our reach and meet families where they need us most. 💬 If you attended our session, we’d love to hear your thoughts! What strategies do you see as essential for expanding ABA beyond traditional models? 📧 Want to learn more about how we can collaborate? • 🎵 “Come together, right now...” 🎵 Let’s unite to turn your ABA company WAITLISTS into PROGRESS lists and build a community of care together. The waitlist crisis is real—families are waiting, children are losing precious time, and ABA providers are stretched thin. But at Come Together Behavioral Learning, we believe it doesn’t have to be this way. 📊 The reality of waitlists: ~There is a surge in ASD diagnoses, but not enough BCBAs and RBTs to meet demand. ~High-density cities and rural towns both face unique challenges. ~Delays for families that lead to stress, anxiety, and missed intervention windows. 💡 Our solution: We partner with ABA companies across the U.S. to eliminate waitlists. With virtual ABA services, we extend your reach so no family goes unserved: ~Seamless integration with your team to support waitlisted families. ~Providing virtual ABA services with skilled and compassionate BCBAs. ~Immediate access to care, so no child has to wait for services. We’re not just a service provider—we’re your COLLABORATIVE PARTNER in creating a world where every family can access the support they deserve when needed.  📨 Contact us at [email protected] to learn how we can partner to serve more families and reduce your waitlists. ❔ Do you know what the Maypole represents? Well, it has many meanings. Some are fertility, renewal, and change. My favorite representation is communal unity. 🫶 Communal unity is the idea of living together with mutual respect. It can also be defined as a state of peace and love among people from different backgrounds. 🗣️ At CTBL, this is an important representation for us. We hope to promote and guide our fellow practitioners with communal unity. We support working with one another by crossing traditional boundaries to support families from many backgrounds and geographical locations. 📨 Contact us at [email protected] for more information on how to increase communal unity across practitioners.
