This week, I had the opportunity to attend the Coastal training with Oklahoma Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust on their new Salesforce Grants Management System. We had a full day of training, that was led by Kevin K. and Dustyn Foster, who did a fantastic job. Halfway through the day, TSET's Lance Thomas and Julie Bisbee led a celebration and really spoke to their internal team about what a wonderful job they did at getting through such an important implementation. It was awesome seeing them take the time to recognize each and every person who had a hand in this from vendor selection, all the way to UAT. Special shout out to our TSET Salesforce rockstars, Brittany Newman and Tonia Lowrey, MPH, CPH for helping lead the charge with this project. And as always, love being joined by our partners at Salesforce, Bill Huskey.
