Please vote and help us spread the word! Our team Riffle Ventures has been shortlisted to potentially run a workshop at SOCAP Global, #SOCAP24, held Oct. 28-30 in San Francisco. Link to vote is here: https://lnkd.in/enHKRrGC, The deadline to vote is April 14. Suma Reddy, Ashdeep S. and I would be grateful for your support here. Here's the workshop concept: 1) Topic: Climate innovation for vulnerable geographies 2) At COP28 UAE we hosted several panels on #climatetech for vulnerable populations with experts including Madji Sock, Taj Ahmad Eldridge, Tharani Prakash, Gabriela Carrasco, Nalin Agarwal, Ennis Rimawi, Wael Ismail, and others thanks to the support of leaders like Rona Shedid and Omar Saif. We are just getting this conversation started and are keen to continue it at #SOCAP24 3) We're still in the early days of scaling climate tech solutions, and need to make sure that we're giving access to the most vulnerable/impacted communities, especially when it comes to climate adaptation and resilience. 4) We want to use this workshop to bring together investors, entrepreneurs, policymakers, lawyers, accelerators, community leaders, academics and more to talk about how to build climate innovation ecosystems, with a focus on the most vulnerable geographies. 5) Our team at Riffle Ventures and our partners are just getting started down this path and we'd love to have you join us, both at SOCAP and as we deepen our work here. Thank you very much for your support!!
