We are looking to hire a minimum of 4 people next year at the Senior/Principal Consultant level; it's pretty fluid on the start date, but we would like the 1st one by April, but flex.
🌴 Model
All Leadership level - we only work on strong six-figure base roles on good commercials (retained or exclusive only); our average fee is currently just shy of $42k and will only be going north from there as we crack more into Board level.
You’ll have existing roles (retained and exclusive) to work from day 1 and even inbound/existing candidates.
🌴 Training & Onboarding
We've spent a huge amount of time documenting our processes, training & model all within Notion.
We’ll keep refining and improving, but to be honest, it's better than most companies we work with (if we do say so ourselves 😉)
We also have senior & management level training lined up with some of the best people in the industry.
🌴 Relocation
E2 visa and relocation covered (we have an awesome immigration attorney) & flight expensed for the final int.
