Congratulations to Deputy Jeremy Kurzinger and four employees of the Trails Recreation Center - Ryan Bailey, Tim Velazquez, Travis Toler, and Christina Neely - who were honored for their quick response in saving the life of a man who collapsed in June. Due to their heroic efforts, a potential tragedy was averted.
