Platforms face major challenges when it comes to Trust and Safety: how to moderate content fairly, transparently, and at scale?! Current moderation often focuses on taking action against content rather than identifying specific policy violations. This action-centric method leads to subjective decisions, inconsistent enforcement, and lack of transparency. On Cinder, the solution is a shift to a policy-centric approach. By aligning human and AI systems to enforce predefined guidelines consistently, platforms can: ✅ Build user trust ✅ Enhance operational efficiency ✅ Stay ahead of regulatory demands Learn the benefits of switching to a policy-centric approach and how your team can start implementing one today in our step-by-step guide: https://lnkd.in/eeysVcEQ #TrustAndSafety #LLM #AI

Glen Wise went Founder Mode all over Cinder's latest playlist. He micro-managed every track here, showing both the audacious creativity (George Clinton & London Philharmonic) and potential for chaos (Limp Bizkit & Peanut Butter Jelly Time) that are hallmarks of a founder/CEO. As a general rule, Cinder playlists don't have themes. But this one actually points to the contradictions of leadership and the sometimes ridiculous debates about what that means in Silicon Valley. Twenty-something CEOs apparently contain multitudes, just like everyone else. Whatever you think about Founder Mode as a management thesis, we can all agree that in 2024 Chumbawumba has no place on a playlist. This is now a matter for the Board. https://lnkd.in/gQYaX26u

F. seems determined to prove his eclectic taste in this new Cinder playlist, listing everything from blues to a classic North African wedding banger (h/t to Philip for recently reminding him about this song). The 'Never Ending Story' theme song might be a bridge too far, but everyone's got to find their joy. Shaggy deep cuts, though? https://lnkd.in/gx95AxN3
