Chronic health conditions, such as diabetes, are certainly not a local problem, Ciba Health founder and CEO Innocent C. recently told CNN. "People are dying from it..." he said. "And it got me thinking, what could we do differently? How could we deliver a solution [based on] a global problem, and a global health emergency? "We attracted incredible investors who believe in the mission and the vision of the company. Our final Town Hall of the year was filled with passion as we celebrated our 2024 wins, reflected on our growth, and set our sights on redefining what root-cause medicine and healthcare can achieve for people worldwide. As we look to 2025, one common theme rings true in every department: We're ready to push boundaries and stay laser-focused on helping people prevent and reverse common and complex conditions. In moving away from “Band-Aid fixes” and toward clinically-proven lasting solutions, we’re proud to be at the forefront of inventing the “tomorrow” of healthcare for today’s patients, so they can feel empowered on their health journey.

Empowering healthier tomorrows takes a village, and we're thrilled to recognize two standout team members from our village. Claire Tagoe, Chief Technical Officer, and Rachel McGrath, Director of Patient Care and Engagement, have gone beyond the call of duty to do what many consider impossible: drive better health outcomes for all. In elevating our cutting-edge technology and patient care/engagement, we're thrilled to share that their exceptional dedication, innovative thinking, and tremendous teamwork is felt across the board. Both achieved October and November "Employee of the Month," as voted on by colleagues. Please join us in congratulating Claire and Rachel.

What a week in Brooklyn for Ciba Health! Tim Jandovitz, MBA, VP of Sales/Growth, and Kim Constantinesco, VP of Marketing attended The Conference Board's interactive forum, Employee Well-Being: The Foundation of Future Business Success. Our takeaways: 1.  A zip code is a "health code." Finding a solution that provides accessibility to comprehensive labs/testing, multidisciplinary care team support, nutrient-dense food, etc. is everything.  2. When humans are at the helm, we all win. AI won't replace doctors. Doctors with AI will replace doctors without it. A care team equipped with AI capabilities and real-time data is a force as strong as nature.  3. You can't boil the ocean in a day. But, when you get creative and rethink the way you support your people by getting to the root-cause of symptoms, large changes happen faster for your entire workforce. Anyone else attend the event?
