About us

Chelsea ATA works to create leaders through martial arts training and enforcing life skills such as respect, discipline, loyalty, and courtesy. Our martial arts programs span from ages 3 through adults and include topics such as child safety, stranger danger, anti-bullying, leadership skills, self defense, rape prevention as well as traditional Taekwondo. We hope that the combination of training in physical strength and growth and valuable life skills will lead students to personal successes in life inside the classroom and beyond. Parents have found our top quality instruction has improved their children's behavior in school as well as gained a greater sense of self esteem through the teachings of integrity, dedication and perseverance they learned in their Taekwondo training. Adults have found a greater sense of confidence as they learn to protect themselves in a variety of situations.

  • Martial Arts Is A Great Way For Kids To Make New Friends! 👫 In our classes, kids learn important skills while building strong, supportive friendships. They work together, help each other 🤝, and have fun while growing in confidence and respect. • In Martial Arts, Respect Isn't Just A Rule—it's the foundation of everything we do. 🙏 On the mat, we honor our instructors, our coaches, our partners and the art itself. 🥋 Respect creates an environment where learning can thrive, where everyone feels valued, and where discipline and humility are just as important as skill. When students step onto the mat, they step into a space of trust, where each individual's growth is prioritized.

  • 🥊 Muhammad Ali Motivational Monday 🥊 Like Ali once said, 'It's not the mountains ahead to climb that wear you out; it's the pebble in your shoe.' Every challenge you face on the mat—whether it's a tough opponent, a hard workout, or a moment of doubt—is just a pebble. 🪨 You have the power to rise above it. Train like a champion, fight with heart, and believe in your greatness. The struggle is part of the journey, but so is the victory. 💪You are not defined by your losses, but by your will to rise, to keep moving, to keep fighting. Be relentless, be fearless, and, like Ali, float like a butterfly and sting like a bee—knowing that every battle makes you stronger and closer to your true potential. #MondayMotivation #Inspirational #MuhammadAli #Champion
