    I’ve always loved visiting the Hilton Nashville Green Hills and finally got the pleasure of a staycation this past weekend for our six year anniversary. Many thanks to the team for a nice upgrade and to Randi upon checkin for your warmth and hospitality! This hotel is just lovely, the rooms well-appointed yet homey, and the location is so convenient.   • 🌟 As we wrap up our reflections on last week’s International Housekeeping Week, one thing stands out: showing appreciation for our housekeeping teams isn’t something that should be limited to just one week. It’s something that needs to be part of our everyday culture. At Chartwell Hospitality, our housekeepers are the heart and soul of our hotels, and their dedication impacts not only our guests but also the entire team. Throughout last week, we saw incredible creativity from our management teams in expressing their gratitude. Some locations went beyond the usual celebrations, hosting events like ice cream parties 🍦, bed-making contests  🛏️, and even Chipotle lunches. Others chose to provide fresh, local fruits 🍊 and vegetables 🥕 , setting up mini farmers markets for their teams to enjoy. These thoughtful, unique gestures made each team member feel truly valued. When appreciation is consistently shown, it creates a ripple effect. It boosts morale, inspires camaraderie, and enhances the guest experience. A strong team is built on everyday acts of recognition and support, not just one week of celebration.
