We’ve come to introduce a new model of what a salon can be and how it can operate; re-inventing the outdated “salon”space to support the new economic landscape. Charles Proper & Co. is a membership-driven collective made up of some of the most talented hairdressers in Charlotte, working in a collaborative yet entrepreneurial environment — becoming the next evolution of co-working salon spaces. Our team of stylists share resources, education and inspiration, fostering talent and encouraging growth. Our Studio leverages technology to enhance the customer experience. We are creating a brand centric platform designed to attract clients and encourage consumers to interact with the built environment — Along side a hair cut, customers can: work – play – grab a coffee – or relax with a complementary alcoholic beverage.
